On the first use, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours (or until the wax has melted to the sides of the jar to allow you to get the most out of your candle. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lightening to avoid smoking and damage to the glass.​ Store your candle in a cool, dry place.​ Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10 minutes between burning candles. Do not burn a candle near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface. Never burn this candle for more than 3-4 hours. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Glass may become hot during use. Once extinguished, allow the candle to cool for 1 hour before relighting. Extinguish a candle if it continues to smoke, flicker, or if the flame becomes too high. Allow it to cool, trim the wick and relight. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight. Please do not remove the warning sticker that is on the base of the candle. Never move or touch a burning candle when the wax is liquid.

60g - 12 hours (approx). 120g - 25 hours (approx). 500g - 75 hours (approx). To maximise the burn time, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours (or until the wax has melted to the sides of the jar) to allow you to get the most out of your candle.

Put the candle in the freezer (no lid) for a couple of hours, scoop out the wax, then wash the container with warm soapy water and leave to dry. We use amber glass jars as it protects the essential oils from sunlight and oxidisation. Oxidisation can break down the molecular structure which nullifies the theraputic benefits.
